  • No, there are no locks on exit doors, you are free to leave at any time.​

• Are the rooms kid-friendly?

  • Some of our room themes are will be scary per the theme of the room, and may not be suitable for children younger than 12. Puzzles are catered for people ages 12 and up, but children 8-12 are welcome to come. For more details look at the room detail page here​. ​​​

• Will I be playing with other people?

  • No, all of our rooms are booked as private sessions.​

• What if we are running late?

  • Please let us know if you are running late. Depending on how late you are we might have to reduce the total time you have in the room, but that time slot has been reserved for you.​

  • Some of the room themes are scarier/creepier than others. For more details look at the room detail page here. ​

• Do you accept refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds. However, if you want to reschedule your visit please contact us.

• Are the rooms handicap accessible?

• Do the rooms have live actors?

  • No, none of our rooms have live actors.​

• How much does it cost?

  • Pricing varies by the number of people participating: 2 people is $35 per person, 3 is $30 per person, and 4-8 is $25 per person.
